Bea is a 7 yr. old spayed Pit Bull with a wonderful temperament. She loves people! She is very affectionate, loves attention, and is “talky”. She even smiles! She is housebroke, doesn’t mind cats, and should meet dog friends. She is not for the beginner dog owner, and she is very strong. She also has some special needs. She was diagnosed with a torn ACL in 2014. She has been doing well, but needs to be on glucosamine and perhaps some pain medication when needed. She does not need to be jumped on by other dogs or rough housed by kids. Steps may become an issue. She also has allergies and occasionally needs eye and ear medication. She is waiting for that committed, forever home that she so truly deserves.
Remember Hammond? He was here a few months ago but he was returned due to his busy nature. He’s a 1 year old, orange and white tiger male who came in as a stray. He loves everyone, other cats are a plus because a friend would help get that energy out. He would love some kids too, especially if they play with him. We had him neutered.
Do you like sass? A little fire? Meet Ruth, she is a beautiful female who came in as a stray. She is 3 years old and loves attention. She would probably do best with older kids who would respect when she wants attention. We tell her that there is someone for everyone so her day will come. We had her spayed. She is good with other cats, tolerates dogs, and loves to play with toys.
